Hookoh Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Hookoh (hookoh.com), provided by Bishop Co Tech Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16240322), 14 Riverside Walk, Ashford TN23 4AR, United Kingdom. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Hookoh lets you connect social media accounts, schedule and publish content, and view analytics. Features may change over time.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email address. Keep access to your inbox secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live).
3. Your content and connected accounts
You own your content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and publish it only to provide the service. You must have the rights to anything you post and must follow the terms of each platform you connect, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta's terms and TikTok's terms.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Hookoh for spam, unlawful, infringing, harassing or misleading content, to break any platform's rules, or to interfere with the service.
5. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans (Starter $29, Growth $79, Agency $199 per month, USD) are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before they end.
6. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, which may change or limit their services. We are not responsible for their actions or outages.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending use
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
